Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.

UK Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders to UK mainland addresses. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days once dispatched.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to high demand, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.

International Shipping We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work quickly to resolve it.
