We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Ephathas Kids Store. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, please contact us at ephathaskids@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened. This will be clearly stated on the product listing.

Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
